Leaders vow to further strengthen Ethio-Kenyan ties
Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn and President Uhuru Kenyatta have vowed to further bolster the long-standing partnership of their countries.
Speaking at the reception he was accorded at Nairobi Palace, Ethiopian prime minister said the Ethio-Kenya partnership is exemplary to other nations.
According to Hailemariam, the responsibility of this generation is to transform the existing bondage of the two countries to collaboration and partnership.
President Uhuru Kenyatta on his part said Ethiopia has contributed a lot to the struggle Kenya waged against colonialism.
Following independence, the all-round cooperation and partnership of the nations has been growing, the president added.
Prime Minister Hailemariam arrived at Nairobi yesterday to pay a three-day statel visit to Kenya.
