A delegation from Sudan, representatives of Amhara and Benishangul Gumuz regional states as well as invited guests from abroad and home took part at the celebration.

Chief of Tigray regional state, Abay Woldu, head of Sudanese delegation, military officers and families of the martyrs laid wreath at the Monument.
