Ethiopian Economic Association vital for Ethiopia’s transformation: Hailemariam

 

Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn says Ethiopian Economic Association has a lot to offer for Ethiopia’s growth and transformation endeavors.

The premier made the remark while officially opening the 15^th International Conference on Ethiopian economy in Addis Ababa on Thursday.

Ethiopia has embarked on realizing a carbon free middle income economy by 2025; Prime Minister Hailemariam called on Economics professionals to contribute their share for the realization of the goal.

Ethiopian Economic Association highlighted that it is high time to converge concerted efforts of scholars to provide policy frameworks which fit the context of Ethiopia.

The Association is said to contribute significantly for capacity building through producing problem solving researches to the country.
