Ethiopia’s Deputy PM, Egyptian Acting PM Discuss Bilateral Cooperation
The two sides have met at the side lines of the 2017 Africa Forum, held in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt.
Demeke Mekonen, Ethiopia’s Deputy PM, urged during the discussion the need for the two countries to work closely and cooperate in every sphere to consolidate bilateral relationships.
The Egyptian Acting Prime Minister Mustapha Medbouli on his part stressed the importance of building strong ties, noting that not only the two countries but also the rest of the continent benefit from it.
Both sides stressed the need to strengthen existing relations through diversification of areas of cooperation on the one hand and resolving some issues related to the use of the waters of Nile River, according to the Ministry.
